products is one of the major areas of marketing. There are a number of
factors the manager of these products should consider. First, What
product? If you have an idea for a product, can you produce and sell it
efficiently? If you do have a product, will it be able to branch out
easily into other, parallel markets? You may have to downsize other
products to make room for something new. How are you going to get this
product into the market and how long will it take you? Will this be
feasible with the rest of your products in parallel markets? Should you
family brand it? Do you have effective marketing and advertising
techniques? This is the job or a product manager, more or less. Find all

and implicate the final strategy.
